2025 the 10th International Conference on Distance Education and Learning will be held in Kunming, Yunnan, China during June 13-16, 2025. Previous ICDEL conferences were held at HongKong (2014), Dubai, UAE (2015), Shanghai, China (2019 & 2021), Beijing, China (2020, 2022, 2023) and Guangzhou (2024). ICDEL 2025 is sponsored and hosted by Yunnan Normal University, Kunming, China, patronized by Yunnan Minzu University, South China Normal University, Tongji University, and so on.

Publication All submitted conference papers will be blind peer-reviewed by around 2-3 competent reviewers. After a careful reviewing process, accepted and presented papers will be published on ICDEL 2025 conference proceeding, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus index, etc.

*ICDEL 2018-2024 ACM Conference Proceedings has been online in ACM Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus already.
