The 18th International Conference on Advanced Computer Theory and Engineering (ICACTE 2025) is scheduled to take place in Nanjing, China during September 26-28, 2025. Since its inception in 2008, ICACTE has been held in various locations across the globe, including Germany, Singapore, South Korea, and China. Each edition attracts participants from all over the world, providing them with an opportunity to collaborate and network.

Co-sponsored by IEEE and Nanjing Xiaozhuang University, China; hosted by School of Information Engineering, School of Artificial Intelligence, Nanjing Xiaozhuang University, China; assisted by Anhui Jianzhu University, China. ICACTE 2025 aims to bring together researchers, engineers, and industry experts to share their latest research findings and innovative ideas in the field of computer theory and engineering. The conference will cover a wide range of topics, including computer networks, data mining and analysis, software engineering, artificial intelligence, computer graphics, and many others.

Publication Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees and technical committee, and accepted papers will be published into conference proceedings by IEEE after registration and presentation. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex & Scopus.

Submission Instructions 1). Language: English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English. 2). Submission Types * Abstract submission for presentation only without publication. * Full paper submission for both presentation and publication. 3). Paper Length: Each full paper should be no less than four full pages, including all figures, tables, and references. If the length of the full paper exceeds five pages, the cost of each extra page is 60 USD / 400 RMB / page. 4).
