4th International Conference on Information Network and Computer Communications
2026 the 4th International Conference on Information Network and Computer Communications (INCC 2026) will be held in Niigata, Japan during November 28-30, 2026, co-sponsored by Niigata University. It is a major conference venue for researchers to present and exchange significant and innovative contributions and ideas in the field of networking and closely related areas. INCC covers both theoretical and systems research. For INCC 2026, the conference includes a main technical program, a number of workshops, keynote speeches and panels.
Publication
Submissions will be reviewed by at least two conference technical committees or international reviewers, and accepted papers of INCC2026 will be published in a volume of Conference Proceedings, which will be included in the IET Digital Library and IEEE Xplore, then indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.
