Since 2017, ICCBDC has been an annual event which was held in many places, University of Northumbria London Campus, Barcelona, St Anne's College in University of Oxford, Birmingham City University, Manchester Metropolitan University, Oxford Brookes University and University of Manchester. In 2026, ICCBDC will be held in Cambridge. The University of Cambridge is one of the world’s leading universities, with a rich history of radical thinking dating back to 1209.

ICCBDC 2026 welcomes author submission of papers concerning any branch of the Cloud and Big Data, Communication Systems, and other subjects. The subjects include Big Data Algorithms, Applications and Services, Cloud and Big Data for Internet of Things (IoT),
