Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and permit processing
- Maintain accurate project schedules, logs, and as-built drawings
- Assist with field coordination and materials compliance verification
- Support bid processes and subcontractor proposal evaluation
- Contribute to project startup, schedule tracking, and cost control
- Promote safety and quality standards across project phases
Requirements
- Educational background in Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of construction processes and safety practices
- Eligibility for employment verification and drug screening
Desirable skills
- Relevant safety certifications (CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection, etc.)
- Experience with construction documentation systems
- Field coordination and layout verification experience
- Problem-solving and proactive work approach
- Effective communication across diverse teams
