Industrial Trainee

This Industrial Trainee position offers practical experience within a collaborative environment at a leading semiconductor equipment and services provider,focusing on backend manufacturing processes.

• Participate in on-the-job training within teams responsible for developing and supporting semiconductor test handling equipment, vision inspection systems, and related manufacturing solutions.
• Contribute to projects focused on backend semiconductor manufacturing processes in a collaborative environment.

• Legal right to work in Malaysia.
• Relevant educational background or qualifications (specific field not mandated).
• Declared level of proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to declare years of relevant experience.

• Technical aptitude or foundational knowledge in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Practical experience relevant to semiconductor equipment or backend manufacturing processes.

• Monthly training allowance: RM1,000+ for attachments under one year; RM1,700 for attachments of one year or more.
• Entitlement to paid vacation and medical leave.

• High-performing trainees may be considered for future full-time employment and potential global assignments.
• Training duration is either less than one year or one year and above.
