This summer internship with Automated Logic offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative building automation solutions while developing practical field engineering skills. You will assist in commissioning energy-efficient control systems designed to optimize building performance and occupant comfort.
Responsibilities
- Assist in installing and troubleshooting Direct Digital Control systems
- Support turnkey project delivery for small to medium building automation projects
- Help ensure proper operation of controls, sensors, and software components
- Assist with software loading, trend configuration, and alarm/report setup
- Implement time management strategies to maintain customer satisfaction
- Communicate project status and details to internal teams
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work without sponsorship
- Physical capability for climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Desirable skills
- Team collaboration with positive attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Aptitude for explaining technical information to diverse audiences
