I plan to create my own hand-made mobile phone. I prefer to use a descent processor with available documentation without NDA. Therefore many Qualcomm processors are not suitable for me.
Despite it is for a phone, as security is very important for me, I would prefer to pay extra but not having telecommunication antenna embedded inside the processor. I would rather buy a separate IC for it.
This is for low power application, hence the PC processors are not suitable for me either.
The processors with available code-base and tutorials are more preferred over the unknown ones just because they can be cheaper.
The intended OS is Linux or Android.
I look for a processor with a decent technology rather than a toy.
With the above-mentioned conditions, what processor would you recommend to me for selection?
