Can uncertainty principle lead to universe expansion?

The world is expanding. It is associated to the dark energy. But, is it possible to somehow derive it from the uncertainty principle.

For example, if the world does not expand with an acceleration, some measurement can violate uncertainty principle and this way we can conclude universe expansion is a theoretical must.
